Challenger 150 at the Ocean Sciences Meeting 2026

Challenger 150 will take part in a Town Hall session at the Ocean Sciences Meeting 2026, focused on deep-ocean science at the halfway point of the UN Ocean Decade.
As a UN Ocean Decade programme, Challenger 150 provides a global coordination framework for deep-sea science, bringing together regional and technical communities to support basin-scale coordination, shared training, and interoperable data approaches.
The Town Hall brings together representatives from deep-ocean Decade Actions to share perspectives and hear from the wider community on priorities, gaps, and opportunities for the second half of the Decade.
